We are located in East Boldon, Tyne and Wear in the North East of England. The majority of our work is in the surrounding areas of Newcastle, Sunderland, North/South Tyneside, Northumberland and Co Durham however we are able to carry out work further afield in the UK.

Experience
We have been involved in the building industry for over 30 years.
My father was a draftsman prior to running his own building company.
We have been preparing drawings for Local Authority approval for over 20 years, with around one hundred applications each year
